Day Fifty-four

Blueberry smoothie for breakfast, left over "pizza" for lunch. It was really good even as leftovers, and I think the flavors were a bit more pizza like today. I wanted more though.

Did two hours of massage this evening. I'm exhausted, but other than that, I did fine with it. I think tomorrow will be the true test though.

For dinner this evening, I experimented with some of the things we picked up at the Koreana Market yesterday. I put some napa cabbage, rutabaga, baby carrots, Thai basil, cilantro, granulated garlic, sea salt, and coconut aminos in the pressure cooker with some chicken broth I had in the freezer. While that was cooking, I sauteed some pork shabu shabu, and put it in a bowl with some fresh basil and cilantro, and when the veggies were finished cooking, I put them over the pork and fresh herbs. It was awesome, Mike even went back for seconds.
