I'm back. Getting ready to go back to work tomorrow, it's time to get back in the groove. I saw an article by Dr Hyman today talking about Glutathione, and decided to give it a try. So I went out and picked up a bottle. We'll see how it goes.
Brunch today was another one of those awesome chicken club sandwiches on the plantain wrap that I had for dinner last night. I cooked up a little extra chicken and used the rest of the basil-mayo that I made to turn it into chicken salad for lunch tomorrow.
Then for dinner tonight. I layered the bottom of the pressure cooker with baby carrots and tossed in a little chopped fresh ginger and drizzled maple syrup. Then I stuffed a pork roast with basil, cilantro, chopped carrot, garlic powder, and salt and set that on top of the carrots. While that was cooking, I chopped up some rapini and sauteed it with salt, garlic, and coconut aminos. I have discovered a new favorite green. I've never had rapini before, it was really good.
