So for breakfast this morning, I chopped up the left over turkey from last night and mixed it into the mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed it as a patty. I paired that with some fresh raspberries.
Then for lunch, I took some ground chicken, mixed it a whole bunch of chopped cilantro, a few leaves of fresh basil, a bit of salt and garlic powder, and some blueberries and made a meatloaf. I really liked the addition of the blueberries. It added a perfect flavor.
Finally for dinner, I let the db fix it. We had steak, 1/2 baked sweet potato, and sauteed bok choy. I almost forgot to take a picture.
One good thing I can say for sure, so far, I have been absolutely itch free this week. I had a few moments the day after the surgery when it seemed like it was going to flare up, but then it went away and I haven't even had a hint of it. Dare I hope? Tomorrow I must shower before I go out in public, we will see what happens then. . .
