I had to take a meclizine last night because my nose was so stuffy I could barely breathe. I think it was probably from being in the garden and doing all that weeding. I felt pretty good when I woke up this morning -- I just never found my get up and go. I think it got up and went yesterday enough to last a while. So I've just had a lazy day in my pj's today -- did pretty much nothing physical at all, which is good because I'm sore from overdoing it.
I had my paleo pancake this morning and I topped it with a cinnamon maple blueberry compote. I also had a couple slices of uncured bacon and a 1/2 cup of organic coffee with unsweetened chocolate almond milk and some maple syrup to sweeten it. I had some itching after and a tiny touch of heartburn. I suspect the banana, but I think it's happening because my histamine levels were already really high from being in the garden yesterday. So I have make a note, I can tolerate a bit of banana once a week IF my levels are not already topped out.
I never really had lunch, I snacked on a couple of rice crackers with the last of the olive tapenade. Then for dinner made a chicken stir fry with sweet potato, frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, garlic, ginger, sea salt, and coconut aminos garlic sauce. I put it over steamed basmati rice. I realized this evening that I've been eating a lot of rice and rice products this week I have to cut back on that. My goal is to only have a small amount once a week or every other week and that's all.
