Woke up with an upset stomach, stuffy face, headache, and sore throat this morning. I didn't feel like breakfast, so I had a half cup of coffee with hemp milk and maple syrup, and a handful of almonds. Then I just sat and did homework all morning.
This afternoon, I cut up a sweet potato, tossed it with olive oil, sea salt, and granulated garlic, added a couple of dots of garlic chive spread and roasted it. While it was roasting, my guy fixed me a couple slices of bacon and an egg to go with it. I did take some cold medicine as well. I felt a little better for a while, but my sinuses are really bugging me. I don't know if I'm fighting a bug or if it's the chemicals from the flea bombs.
For dinner, I steamed some white rice with some sea salt, garlic, and a dab of garlic chive sauce. I sauteed some chicken with zucchini, green onion, shredded carrot, and fresh ginger in the garlic chive spread of course. I stirred in the rice, threw in a handful of fresh cilantro, and sprinkled some coconut aminos over it. It was delish!
