Day Seventy-seven

Blueberry smoothie for breakfast, mixed green salad with grilled chicken strips for lunch.

Busy day, a little stressful, but I felt good. Allergies seem to be less, the spaciness was not as bad.

For dinner I made a mixed greens salad with basil, cilantro, dill, carrots, blueberries, raspberries, cucumber and roasted sweet potato. For a protein, I put a chuck roast in the pressure cooker with carrots, rutabaga, green onion tops, granulated garlic, sea salt, ginger, and a splash of coconut aminos garlic sauce.
