Then I met my daughter and grandson for a bit of lunch and shopping. We went to Togo's and I got a farmer's market salad. I had them leave the croutons off and picked off the onion and peppers. But I ate some of the feta and fresh tomato, plus the fat free honey mustard dressing. I thought I got away with it, but by 5:00 i was having hot flashes, and by 7:00 the itching had started. But after I ate dinner it settled down a bit. I am a bit bloated, but other than that, I'm ok. It was totally worth it.
For dinner, Mike really wanted Blaze pizza, so I went next door to Jack's and got a salad. It had mixed greens, artichoke hearts, peas, sweet potato, beet, cranberry, and carrots with balsamic dressing. I also added some grilled chicken on top.
