Day Ninety-four

For breakfast this morning, I had some leftover cole slaw and an apple. I had planned to have the apple, and had taken the cole slaw for lunch, but I was craving it, so I ate it. Then for lunch I had leftover everything else: lamb, a couple tablespoons of rice, a few glazed carrots, and green salad.

Then for dinner, I made a grass-fed burger seasoned with garlic and sea salt. I put it on a plantain wrap and topped it with mixed greens, fresh basil, a tiny bit of brown mustard, and some olive tapenade. The flavors were excellent, but I'm a bit flushed and slightly itchy. I think I've really overdone the vinegar with the cole slaw and the tapenade (also a bit in the mustard). Have to back off.  -- with the burger, I had white sweet potato fries. I sliced up the potato, tossed it in olive oil, sprinkled sea salt and garlic, and baked it. This is just half of the potato, I put away the other half for lunch tomorrow.
