Day Ninety-one

I had an apple and a handful of almonds for breakfast, and the last of my chicken stir-fry from the freezer for lunch.

It's been a long two weeks, and I'm so glad it's Friday. I'm looking forward to spending some time in my garden tomorrow and having a nice lazy day on Sunday before dinner with my daughter.

For dinner today, I had a mixed green salad with roasted turkey, roasted sweet potato chunks, apple, celery, cucumber, artichoke, and dried cranberries, tossed with olive oil, fresh cilantro, and sea salt.
