Day Ninety-eight

I had some organic carrots with tahini for breakfast. and some leftover chicken salad for lunch. I had a kale smoothie for a snack between jobs. I've had a lot of brain fog and some sinus issues today.

For dinner, I put one cup of brown and wild rice in the pressure cooker with about 4 cups of chicken broth. I added 2 chicken strips, 1 baby bok choy, some carrots, a couple slices of fresh ginger, fresh basil, granulated garlic, and sea salt, and cooked it for 18 minutes. I ate two bowls and had half a glass of unsulfured wine. It was divinely yummy but I feel a little flushed from the wine. .
