Day Ninety

For breakfast I made a smoothie with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and a couple of basil leaves with unsweetened apple juice.

For lunch, I had some leftover chicken stir-fry that I had frozen. I liked it a lot better without the rice. I think the flavors were so subtle that the rice really made it bland, but without it, those flavors came through.

I've been feeling a lot better -- I think I'm finally getting the hummus out of my system. I can't believe that small amount caused such an extended reaction. I'm bummed about it too, cuz I love hummus. I had thought it might have been airborne allergies, but the wind is kicking up today and I'm still feeling better, so I don't think it could be that after all.

I had to work until almost 9:00 tonight, so dinner was the standby lettuce wrap from Sprouts. It had turkey (with no nitrates), cucumber, artichoke hearts, and some yellow mustard. I also had gotten some olives to put on it, but I didn't realize they had pits in them, so I just ate them on the side.
