I made a blueberry smoothie for breakfast. For lunch, I reheated the other half of the sweet potato from yesterday, baked a couple of chicken strips, put it over the potato and topped it with some sesame ginger dressing.
Then I went and got a massage after works. I needed that!! When I came out, I felt really hungry and a little shakey, so I ate a few almonds.
I've still been having a really bad problem with tinnitus and vertigo. I've been assuming it's allergies because I also have random sneezing and it does seem to have some correlation with the weather (it's been windy). However I've also started questioning my oxalate intake. I've upped my water intake to try to flush out my kidneys well. I have also cut back on leafy greens a bit.
I realized I had blueberries, sweet potato and almonds, which are all high oxalate, so for dinner I made grass fed london broil, sauteed zucchini, and baked acorn squash. The squash wasn't ready in time for dinner, so I put it away to take for lunch tomorrow, and just had the beef and zucchini.
