So my ears are still ringing off and on all day -- but the vertigo and blurred vision is much better. I haven't really made any major changes, I'm just trying to be conscious of the oxalates and make lower oxalate choices. I'm hoping just doing that much will be enough to get it under control without having to make a list of foods that are not allowed.
I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. I woke up at 2:30 am and didn't get back to sleep until after 5. Because of that, I've felt absolutely famished all day, but I know it's because I'm low on resources, so I haven't given in to the urge to snack.
I had an apple for breakfast. For lunch I took some veggies leftover from dinner last night and put a couple chicken strips with it. I had a bout of itching this afternoon, I'm not sure what that was about.
For dinner, I had a 90 minute break between clients so I ran home and sauteed some lamb chops and baby bok choy in garlic chive spread, sprinkled them with garlic and sea salt. Then after I took the bok choy out of the pan, I tossed in a handful of cilantro to finish with the lamb. It was an awesome quick dinner. I'm looking forward to finishing off the lamb with lunch tomorrow.
